Riding the Wave

I am astounded by the rate at which my artistic style is progressing, surpassing any previous milestones I have achieved. This newfound ease and accelerated development have truly revitalized my passion for painting, opening doors to exploration and pushing me into uncharted territories within my expression.

When I flip back through my painting journal, I can see that this new painting, “Wave”, is about the 14th painting that I have completed with the principles I started to think about and then later write in my, “The Abstracting Workshop”. While the exact timeframe for developing an artistic style remains uncertain to me, I am certain that the repetition of a specific set of skills is crucial.

If you would like to learn the process I have been using, I have filmed my new workshop in two helpful ways: You can watch me paint the workshop samples from start to finish, and paint it step by step OR you can watch each of the “steps” I have identified in this process and practice them until you feel comfortable..THEN put them together into a painting. The break out steps are also super helpful for me to help you.

When searching for online workshops, it's essential to keep in mind the abundance of options available. As someone who has been teaching online since 2009, I genuinely mean it when I say that I am here to assist you whenever you require my support. Whether you set out on painting the 14 artworks in your practice or encounter any other challenges, I am dedicated to listening and helping you throughout your journey.😊
