The years I spent working at Tiffany were indeed the best years of my career. The opportunity to learn about, examine and touch the masterpiece creations that came through our door every day is something that I will never forget.
It truly was a gemologist's dream come true. Not only did I learn about the best of the best, I was (and still am) proud to learn about responsible mining, and honestly...the highest quality workmanship. Does the jewelry cost a little more than your typical chain jewelry store? Maybe. But let me tell you something... Tiffany jewelry is going to be around for a very very long time.
These days I reminisce by looking through Blue Book and catalogues and coffee table books that I have saved... there are so many fond memories.. I can't wait to watch this documentary!
PS- THOSE sketches.. I've handled those in person...you want to talk about jewelry as art? Really...breathtaking.
